FAQ´s (Sellers)


My Advertisement:


1.  How do I post an advertisement?

 Simply register with us, all we need is your email and a contact number (This will be used for advertisements). Once logged in, click “Post Free Ads” at to the top of the page and fill in the details necessary regarding your product. It is a very simple process. 

 

2. How do I edit my advertisement?

Proceed to “Manage Ads” in your main menu and select the advertisement you wish to edit.


3. How often can I post?

You may post as many adverts  as you wish; For prices please refer to the price section of our website.


4. Where is my advertisement?

Your advertisement can be found either via the search, or in your account area under "(Tempate)". If you have any issues finding your advert or you have any concerns, please contact our service team via the contact page.


5. Can I post anonymously and still receive responses?

No, we currently do not offer any kind of anonymous posting. This is something we may choose to do in the future, if you feel this feature would benefit you, please let us know via the contact page.


6. What types of advertisements are prohibited?

We do not permit the sale of drugs or any other illegal items. If you have any doubts, please contact our service team via the contact page. 


7.Can I post an advertisement on behalf of others?

No, posting on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Any advertisements created in such a way will be removed without prompt.


8. Can I post a link to an auction site?

No, this is strictly prohibited. Any advertisements adding external links will be removed without prompt and the user may be removed.


9. Why has my advertisement been rejected?

There are multiple reasons why your advert may have been rejected; Unless you have broken one of the above rules, we will always let you know within 48hrs as to the reason your advert is removed.


FAQ´s (Purchasers)

1. How do I contact a seller?

You may contact a seller via the advertisement page, under "(Template)". We are unable to contact the seller for you.


2. Can I pay Buy-Sell for more security?

We currently do not accept payment for products or services on sale via the site, you must contact the seller directly.


3. How do I keep my account safe?

It is imperative that you update your password at regular intervals, and that you maintain a secure password (This will usually contain more than 8 characters and a mix of lowercase, uppercase and special characters). Do not give your password to anyone else, we will never request your password from you.
